Mandamus in the Hennepin County District Court brought by James H. Alevizos and others, all owners of property situated in Hennepin, Ramsey, and Dakota Counties, to compel the Metropolitan Airports Commission of Minneapolis and St. Paul to initiate condemnation proceedings to define, and compensate petitioners for, rights in their property taken and to be taken by defendant.
